			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In this post, I will address the issue of sleep depravation and right sleeping habits. Sleeping is one of the most important factors when it comes to growing taller. If you want to grow taller you need to get enough rest at night. On the other hand, a very important thing is quality of sleep. Your body increases the length of your bones, mainly while you are in the deep sleep. If you want to insure your body has enough time to increase your height, you should push yourself to spend enough time in the deepest phase of the sleep. I know it is easier said than done but, there are some methods that will help you to improve the quality of your sleep.</p>
<p><strong>How to improve your sleep</strong></p>
<p>Well there are many methods. It comes as a surprise to most of the people as they don&#8217;t know and can&#8217;t come up with any. I&#8217;ve personally spent a lot of time studying this topic because I&#8217;ve been suffering from sleeping problems for many years. However, after a lot of research, I&#8217;ve developed numerous methods to sleep like a baby. So lets dive into how can you grow taller, by improving your sleep.</p>
<p>First and the most obvious thing you have to take care of is a safe, dark and quiet environment. You don&#8217;t want any kind of light entering the room. Our bodies are designed in a way that when exposed to light, they do not produce melatonin &#8211; a hormone responsible for regulating our daily sleep and awake ness cycles. Without it, you won&#8217;t be able to go to sleep. As to sounds and other distractions that might wake you up, if you are in a deep sleep, and you are woken up you will feel like someone has just hit you in the face. While your mood will improve with time, you don&#8217;t want your grow taller sleep to be interrupted.</p>
<p>Exercises are another very important factor in sleeping. We currently live in information age, which means that most of us work for a living with our brains. However cool it is, it usually translates to lack of physical activity. On the other hand, our bodies require balance in departments of mental and physical training. If you come back from work, and you are intellectually exhausted but, your body is fresh, you may have trouble getting asleep. Another thing that is counter-intuitive is the fact that exercise is the best way to relax after work. So rather than watch TV after hard days work, go for a run, swim or visit your local gym.</p>
<p>Last tip I would like to share is choosing the activities you perform before going to bed, wisely. You shouldn&#8217;t do anything overly exciting like: watching an action movie, exercising or listening to your favourite music. Rather than that grab a book and read for thirty minutes before sleeping, it will aid your sleep greatly.</p>
<p><strong>Proper posture during sleeping</strong></p>
<p>Another thing I would like to talk about is your sleeping posture. And if you are scratching your head in disbelief, they way you sleep is a really important factor in growing taller. You have to remember that your goal is increasing height, and night is the time when your body grows the most. Therefore, you should prepare perfect conditions for it.</p>
<p>First modification you should do is get rid of your pillow completely or buy an orthopedic one. If you decide to buy an orthopedic pillow, don&#8217;t be cheap, after all you are investing in your own comfort. The pricer ones are made of more comfortable foam and have better shapes that support your spine and help you to sleep in a more natural position.</p>
<p>You may be wondering why you should be sleeping in such a way. The answer is simple, if you are using a pillow, your neck is bent forward in a way that is completely unnatural for it. This in return causes a posture issue we call &#8220;round shoulders&#8221; as well as neck and back pains. If your body has to remain in such a &#8220;weird&#8221; position for 8 hours every night it has a right to get a bit crooked.</p>
<p>As you can see sleep plays a very important role in growing taller naturally. The best part about correcting your sleeping habits is, the fact you can do it even today! Just be confident and do it right away, you will be surprised by the difference.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So it has been two weeks, since I&#8217;ve started my grow taller exercises. Results so far are pretty amazing. In a period of just 14 days I&#8217;ve managed to grow 0,5 an inch. This begs the question if after a month I will be an inch taller? And what about two months mark. I am very excited and happy with my results. Well there is a bit of a stretch to this height as I enjoy my additional half an inch only in the mornings. In the evening, I get back to my previous height, but I hope that by maintaining my exercises and keeping good diet, I will be able to grow taller permanently.</p>
<p><strong>A sneak peak into my routine</strong></p>
<p>Well, I will start from saying I follow GrowTaller4Idiots guide in my attempts to increase my height. Many people recommend this book so, I&#8217;ve decided to try it out.</p>
<p>After two weeks, I&#8217;ve completed the 7-day preliminary training. Twice a day I&#8217;ve been performing exercises that were supposed to get my spine and other joints read for more strenuous moves. Currently, I am week into the second phase which lasts for a month. I am still doing the exercises from the first phase, but I&#8217;ve also added 5 out of 15 from the stage II.</p>
<p>I am used to exercising in the mornings, however, stretching can be a bit annoying. I am in the group of people that can&#8217;t stand the &#8220;pain&#8221; that accompanies stretches, but I am motivated, and I won&#8217;t give up easily.</p>
<p><strong>Diet</strong></p>
<p>As to diet, I&#8217;ve changed very little. Even before starting this program I&#8217;ve been eating quite healthy so there was no need for me to do any huge adjustments. The only thing I&#8217;ve changed was including more calcium-rich products to my meals.</p>
<p>I drink much more milk as from my rough calculations I had a deficiency of that mineral that is crucial for growth of your bones.</p>
<p>If you don&#8217;t have enough vitamins in your diet, I recommend buying a steam cooker and adding vegetables and fruits to your every meal. Cooking on steam preserves much more of the nutritional values of food so it is a good investment in your health and height.</p>
<p><strong>Rest</strong></p>
<p>I rest a lot. Sleeping around 8 to 9 hours a day I definitely meet the requirements for good growth. My main reason behind sleeping so much is the fact that if I am well rested, I am much more active and productive throughout the day.</p>
<p>In the past, I used to sleep less than 7 hours a day, thinking I am squeezing more time out of the day, but it wasn&#8217;t true. I was constantly lacking energy and was doing 1/3 of what I can do with enough sleep.</p>
<p>All right so as for now my progress is pretty decent. I will keep you updated both, on tips to grow taller and my performance.</p>

<p>Stuff like insoles that are stimulating your growth, pills that boost production of your growth hormone or even hypnosis CDs that claim to make you grow taller. I will be straight with you, I haven&#8217;t tried all the products out there, simply because some of them are way too absurd to invest money in them. On the other hand, you have much more reasonable methods, and they will be the main topic of this post.</p>
<p><strong>Exercises to grow taller</strong></p>
<p>The main part of growing taller naturally is, doing a special kind of exercises. But not every kind of physical activity will do the trick. If you want to grow taller you should do specific stretching routines that will help you to gain few inches.</p>
<p>These exercises are usually concentrated on decompressing your spine. This way you can create micro spaces between your vertebras, which later are filled with calcium, and you increase your height.</p>
<p>However, spine isn&#8217;t your only option. There are special exercises that can increase the length of your legs. But, they can be a bit bizarre and sometimes harmful. I&#8217;ve tried some of them. But, they made me experience uncomfortable pain and other unwanted results. That is why you should be very careful with this kind of methods.</p>
<p>I concentrate mainly on increasing the length of my spine. This is the easiest and safest way to grow, but you can always experiment with other methods on your own.</p>
<p><strong>Proper diet</strong></p>
<p>Diet is a very important part of growing taller naturally. When you are increasing your height, your body is under a lot of stress, and it requires nutrients to remain in a good condition. This is why you have to supply your organism with all kinds of vitamins and minerals to aid your growth.</p>
<p>I am against taking supplements that contain any substances supposed to boost your hormone production. While you may think that, you would do anything to grow taller, ask yourself if, health is a price you are willing to pay. Yes, most manufacturers of such products claim they have no side effects, but what would you expect from people who make money on selling you such pills.</p>
<p>There are certain nutrients you can acquire from fresh food that will increase your HGH(Huma Growth Hormone) production. I am a fan of natural methods. Rather than tamper with biological cycles that control your body, try to work with them, by supplying enough nutrients.</p>
<p>To be completely honest, I do take some vitamin supplements, but most of the vitamins and minerals my body receives, come from my diet.</p>
<p><strong>Sleeping</strong></p>
<p>Rest is the last thing you have to keep in mind while trying to grow taller naturally. Your body grows during sleep. For that reason, you have to give it the sufficient amounts of time to build your bones, etc.</p>
<p>I sleep from 8 to 9 hours a day. For many people, this is a lot of sleep, however I&#8217;ve found that such quantity allows me to recover and function properly.</p>
<p>A lot of people with sleep deficiencies do not realize they have such a problem. If you experience depression, problems with concentration, lack of energy, you get very easily annoyed, you may be suffering from this condition. Effects of chronic lack of sleep aren&#8217;t so easy to heal. People who have been under-sleeping for several years have to recover for many weeks or even months, before they get back to a normal state.</p>
<p>However, in our case, good mood and lot of energy is just an added benefit of having good nights sleep. If you want to grow taller naturally you have to sleep long enough, so start from today.</p>
<p>These are all the steps necessary to increase your height. They are almost equally important, and you have to commit to them or you won&#8217;t gain any height.</p>

This post won&#8217;t give you any specific advice about gaining height. I would like to start this blog by giving you some insight into my background and why I&#8217;ve made up my mind to gain additional height.</p>
<p>As with nearly every case of this kind, I&#8217;ve managed to develop a complex about my height during the early years of my life. I wasn&#8217;t always shorter than my peers. Throughout the primary school, I was considered to be relatively high. I was nearly the same height as most of the people in my class. The issues started in the middle school. It seemed like all of my friends have grown 5 to 6 inches during summer vacations while I was standing still.</p>
<p>It sucked, I&#8217;ve suddenly started feeling like the little guy. Even though there were people who were shorter than me, I honestly didn&#8217;t care. The only thing that mattered was the fact that I am shorter than the majority of the class.</p>
<p>This situation continued until high school. During that time, I&#8217;ve managed to grow a couple of inches and stopped at the level of 5&#8217;10&#8243;. This, while being a completely ok height, wasn&#8217;t fulfilling my ambitions. It happened that I was spending my time among people who were from 6&#8242; to 6&#8217;5&#8243;. Therefore, my complex was developing further and further rather than diminish.</p>
<p>Throughout the years, I&#8217;ve tried many methods to gain some additional inches, but most of them turned out to be scams. It seems like I&#8217;ve tried all the options. From special insoles, supplements to electric stimulators, nothing worked. At some point I was even considering a surgery, but after realizing how serious and painful this procedure is, I passed. So I was in a point of my life where I&#8217;ve accepted the fact I will remain this height for the rest of my days.</p>
<p>That was until last month when I&#8217;ve stumbled upon natural ways to grow taller through special exercises and proper nutrition. This lit up the fire in me, I&#8217;ve thought was extinguished years ago. I was given another chance to try my luck in getting tall, and I had to make the most out of it.</p>
<p>So, I&#8217;ve decided my dream height is 6 feet. That is where I am going, it isn&#8217;t a huge gain, but it will make a colossal difference in my confidence and the way I see the world. I&#8217;ve started my exercise routine and diet two weeks ago, I am not going to share the results with you yet, but I will say I am starting to see the difference. Ok, see you in the next post.</p>
