My Progress And Grow Taller Naturally Tips

So it has been two weeks, since I’ve started my grow taller exercises. Results so far are pretty amazing. In a period of just 14 days I’ve managed to grow 0,5 an inch. This begs the question if after a month I will be an inch taller? And what about two months mark. I am very excited and happy with my results. Well there is a bit of a stretch to this height as I enjoy my additional half an inch only in the mornings. In the evening, I get back to my previous height, but I hope that by maintaining my exercises and keeping good diet, I will be able to grow taller permanently.

A sneak peak into my routine

Well, I will start from saying I follow GrowTaller4Idiots guide in my attempts to increase my height. Many people recommend this book so, I’ve decided to try it out.

After two weeks, I’ve completed the 7-day preliminary training. Twice a day I’ve been performing exercises that were supposed to get my spine and other joints read for more strenuous moves. Currently, I am week into the second phase which lasts for a month. I am still doing the exercises from the first phase, but I’ve also added 5 out of 15 from the stage II.

I am used to exercising in the mornings, however, stretching can be a bit annoying. I am in the group of people that can’t stand the “pain” that accompanies stretches, but I am motivated, and I won’t give up easily.

Diet

As to diet, I’ve changed very little. Even before starting this program I’ve been eating quite healthy so there was no need for me to do any huge adjustments. The only thing I’ve changed was including more calcium-rich products to my meals.

I drink much more milk as from my rough calculations I had a deficiency of that mineral that is crucial for growth of your bones.

If you don’t have enough vitamins in your diet, I recommend buying a steam cooker and adding vegetables and fruits to your every meal. Cooking on steam preserves much more of the nutritional values of food so it is a good investment in your health and height.

Rest

I rest a lot. Sleeping around 8 to 9 hours a day I definitely meet the requirements for good growth. My main reason behind sleeping so much is the fact that if I am well rested, I am much more active and productive throughout the day.

In the past, I used to sleep less than 7 hours a day, thinking I am squeezing more time out of the day, but it wasn’t true. I was constantly lacking energy and was doing 1/3 of what I can do with enough sleep.

All right so as for now my progress is pretty decent. I will keep you updated both, on tips to grow taller and my performance.
