You have to remember that your goal is increasing height, and night is the time when your body grows the most. Therefore, you should prepare perfect conditions for it.
First modification you should do is get rid of your pillow completely or buy an orthopedic one. If you decide to buy an orthopedic pillow, don’t be cheap, after all you are investing in your own comfort. The pricer ones are made of more comfortable foam and have better shapes that support your spine and help you to sleep in a more natural position.
You may be wondering why you should be sleeping in such a way. The answer is simple, if you are using a pillow, your neck is bent forward in a way that is completely unnatural for it. This in return causes a posture issue we call “round shoulders” as well as neck and back pains. If your body has to remain in such a “weird” position for 8 hours every night it has a right to get a bit crooked.
